   Zibo Badou Fireproofing Materials Co., Ltd is situated at east of Mount Tai, the famous city in Shandong province. Depending on abundant resources and convenient transportation, the company has special advantages to develop fireproofing materials. Established on the basis of Zibo Boshan Badou Fireproofing Materials Factory, the company has 5.88million Yuan registered asserts, 40million Yuan capital asserts, covers 66800 square meters area and 53800 square meters building area and 430 employees, including 65 engineers and technicians. Our principal products are “Banai” brand top-grade silica brick for glass smelting furnace, common silica brick for glass smelting furnace, silica brick for coke oven, silica heat preservation brick and top-grade silica fireclay which are all produced according to national standard. With more than 30 years’ experience on producing silica fireproofing materials, our company has annual output of 50,000t and is elected as production base of silica brick for glass smelting furnace in China depending on advanced production plant and technology, as well as two excellent production lines (two 168m environmental protection and energy-saving tunnel kilns, three 130stere down draught kiln, 26sets 300 to 500t press). Depending on silica fireproofing materials research center and one complete set of checkout equipment, products of our company has stable quality and are sold to more than 20 provinces and cities with more than 400 common users. Moreover, silica brick for large scale glass smelted furnace and top-grade silica brick for glass smelting furnace researched by our company have won Silver Prize from National Science Committee and have been elected as High-tech Advancement Prize in Shandong Province winning production license of national industrial products as member of Association of National Silica Brick and Refractory Standards Revising Committee.
